Located in Jennifer's home we have built a clean, quiet and private studio to provide services in. There is a cat in the home but she never enters the studio to ensure cleanliness and that health and saftey standards are being met. ​

​All clients will be required to sign a waiver before each appointment.

SCENT FREE ENVIRONMENT

We like to keep the SOC Studio free of heavy perfumes/colognes. Please keep this in mind when coming to your appointment.

LATE POLICY

At A SpLash of Confidence, we’re committed to giving every client the full attention, time, and care they deserve! ⏰✨

To help us stay on schedule and ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that life happens—but here’s how we handle late arrivals:

🔹 If you are 15-20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a later date. This is simply to make sure we don’t rush your service or affect the next lovely client’s time slot.
🔹 No worries—your deposit will still be honored and automatically applied toward your rescheduled service!

REFUND POLICY

At A Splash of Confidence, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we do not offer refunds due to the time, expertise, and product involved in each appointment, we are always committed to making sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your lashes.

If there is a technical issue—such as premature lash shedding or a problem with the application—we’re more than happy to have you back in for a complimentary fix. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can make it right.

To help ensure you get the exact lash look you’re dreaming of, we offer free consultations where you can collaborate with your artist to customize your style, length, and shape before booking your full set.
